Job Requirements

Strong communication skills
ability to work independently with minimal supervision
initiative to take on additional responsibilities
ability to stand or walk for entire shift
physical ability to bend, lift, carry, and reach overhead
capability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
valid driver’s license
reliable transportation

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness throughout the day in lobby, sidewalks, elevators, stairwells, parking areas, plazas, landscaping, utility spaces, gutters, and statues
clean and maintain loading docks and freight/service areas on all levels
perform general cleaning including trash removal, dust mopping, vacuuming carpets, and routine floor mopping
regularly clean and disinfect restroom fixtures
keep restrooms stocked with necessary supplies
perform routine spot cleaning and dusting
clean, vacuum, and rinse lobby mats
set up and break down meeting rooms
return recycling bins to designated floors
complete additional duties as assigned
