The role of a Janitor at Planned Companies is vital in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for tenants, guests, and vendors in both residential and commercial settings. Working from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, this position pays $21 per hour, providing a steady and rewarding work schedule with opportunities for growth. The janitor’s responsibilities focus on ensuring all assigned areas remain hygienic and orderly through a variety of cleaning tasks.

This position requires attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility, as janitors will be directly contributing to the health and comfort of property occupants. Duties include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, stripping, buffing, and waxing floors of various materials, as well as dusting, scrubbing, sanitizing, and maintaining restrooms and kitchen areas. Furthermore, janitors are expected to empty trash regularly, clean windows, and assist with supply orders and maintenance reporting. Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential to succeed in this role.
