Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must complete pre-employment background check
- must complete pre-employment drug screen (if applicable)
- physically able to stand for entire shift and perform tasks including walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching
- able to lift 35 lbs and carry 12 lbs backpack vacuum as needed
- good hygiene skills required
- willing to work Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- must comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in English highly recommended
- open availability including overtime, holiday work, and schedule adjustments
- able to provide proof of work authorization
- ability to complete I9 and E-Verify process
Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize all pots, pans, or other cookware
- empty and clean dishwashers (if applicable)
- clean offices, lobbies, and common areas
- clean and restock restrooms
- empty trash cans around the property and replace trash bags
- clean corridors and stairwells
- remove trash, clean floors, dust/wipe down all surfaces
- vacuum, sweep and mop
- operate walk-behind floor cleaning machines (if applicable)
- clean and polish furniture, windows, doors, frames, ashtrays, and fixtures
- restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- maintain janitor closet and janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition
- periodically clean overhead vents and dust blinds
- perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
