Job Requirements
- must pass a federal clearance background check via government DFE form
- must speak fluent English
- must reliably commute to the downtown Indianapolis location
- must be able to handle physical workload
- must be dependable and possess a strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- ability to understand and follow instructions
- effective communication skills in English
- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- strong work ethic and reliability
Job Duties
- perform sweeping and mopping of floors
- dust surfaces regularly
- clean and disinfect restrooms
- remove trash and dispose of waste properly
- assist with additional cleaning tasks as directed
- maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility
- comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
