Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read 2-3 syllable words
- ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- able to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- basic math skills including add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10s and 100s
- knowledge of American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance, and liquid measures
- valid driver’s license if driving a vehicle on business time
- proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- bilingual is a plus but not required
Job Qualifications

- understanding American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance, and liquid measures like cups, pints, quarts, gallons
- possession of a valid driver’s license if driving own or company vehicle during work
- proof of vehicle registration and insurance if applicable
- bilingual skills are a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Perform floor care including vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting
- conduct surface care such as dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass, mirrors, windows, and polishing metal and wood surfaces
- remove waste by emptying trash and recycling bins and transporting waste to proper disposal areas
- perform light maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets or rooms
- comply with all safety rules, company policies, and procedures, stopping at-risk behavior
- follow all company protocols, policies, and rules
- take direction and respond properly to supervision
- use proper personal protective equipment
- present a professional appearance and conduct
- understand and use reporting systems and environmental procedures
- transport small equipment, tools, chairs, tables, and straighten common areas like lobbies and conference rooms
