SBM Management is currently seeking a Custodian/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their growing team. The custodian plays a crucial part in supporting team efforts to uphold the company’s standards and providing a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and colleagues. Key responsibilities include extensive floor and surface care, waste removal, light maintenance tasks, and compliance with all safety and company protocols. The position requires good judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well with others. This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $16.25 to $17.25, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, making it suitable for those seeking stable daytime hours.

The Custodian/CSR position demands attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness and orderliness within various facilities, including lobbies, conference rooms, restrooms, and break areas. Additional duties involve supporting janitorial staff with restocking supplies and maintaining equipment, ensuring that all areas meet established standards of cleanliness and presentation.
