Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words
- Ability to print clearly
- Ability to communicate with co-workers and customers
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with tens and hundreds
- Knowledge of American measurement units
- Valid driver’s license with vehicle registration and insurance if driving on company business
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Good judgment in thought and decision-making
- Willingness to use personal protective equipment
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Basic math skills including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers and multiplying and dividing with tens and hundreds
- Knowledge of American measures such as money, weight, size, length, and volume units
- Valid driver’s license if driving own or company vehicle during business hours
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- Surface care such as dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal and wood polishing, cleaning blinds and draperies
- Waste removal including emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting waste to disposal areas
- Light maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets or rooms
- Compliance with safety rules, policies, and procedures and stopping at-risk behavior
- Following all company protocols, procedures, policies, and rules
- Taking direction and responding effectively to supervision
