Job Requirements

must be authorized to work in the us
part time employment opportunity
must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly every day
must be able to bend, stretch, climb stairs, climb a ladder, reach, twist, sit, walk, and squat
must be comfortable working on feet for entire shift

Job Qualifications

2 years of previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning
familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus
strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
must have a reliable car to location

Job Duties

Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, lobbies, hallways, elevators, and other common areas
cleaning and polishing glass doors, windows, and elevator surfaces
dusting furniture, fixtures, countertops, and other surfaces
vacuuming carpets and rugs
sweeping and mopping floors
wiping down surfaces to remove spills and debris
emptying trash and recycling bins
