Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or janitorial industries
- ability to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear
- ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs
- capability to see close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and adjust focus
- ability to follow safety and security procedures
- ability to read and interpret written information
- ability to communicate orally
- physical ability to operate power equipment used in janitorial operations
