- willingness to comply with company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read 2-3 syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and numbers
- ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with 10s and 100s
- knowledge of American measurements of money, weight, size, length, shapes, and common volume measures
- valid driver’s license if driving assigned vehicles
- proof of vehicle registration and insurance if using personal vehicle
- bilingual is a plus, not required
Job Duties
- Perform floor care such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- conduct surface care including dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass, mirrors, and windows, and polishing metal and wood
- manage waste removal by emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting waste to proper disposal areas
- execute light maintenance tasks including replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets
- comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
- present a professional appearance and conduct
- communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and customers
