This custodial position plays a critical role in upholding our company’s reputation for excellence and reliability. The custodian will be responsible for ensuring that multiple areas within assigned properties receive daily cleaning and maintenance to meet our established cleanliness standards. The role requires a diligent and hardworking individual who can perform various tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms and program areas, and following proper trash disposal procedures. In addition, the custodian will vigilant about safety compliance by adhering to OSHA and other relevant regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with physical work including the ability to walk or stand for extended periods, lift objects up to 50 pounds, and climb stairs when necessary. While previous custodial experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, as comprehensive on-the-job training and support will be provided. The position involves completing daily paperwork to track duties performed and reporting any maintenance concerns through the appropriate work order system. Communication with the Facilities Manager and responsiveness to assigned tasks and additional duties are essential for success in this position.
