The Custodian/CSR role at SBM Management is integral to the company’s operational success and client satisfaction. This position calls for a dependable and hardworking individual who excels in both custodial duties and customer service. The role involves a combination of cleaning tasks such as floor care, surface sanitization, waste removal, and light maintenance, alongside customer service responsibilities that require effective communication and teamwork. The Custodian/CSR is responsible for following detailed instructions, demonstrating excellent judgment in decision-making processes, and effectively exchanging job-related information with coworkers, supervisors, and customers. Candidates for this position must be able to work harmoniously with team members and present themselves in a professional manner at all times. Additionally, this role demands a proactive approach to safety, compliance with company policies, and the use of personal protective equipment to maintain a secure work environment. The position is a full-time commitment from Monday through Friday, working the early morning shift from 4:00 am to 12:30 pm. The compensation for this role ranges from $15.50 to $16.50 per hour, reflecting the company's commitment to providing competitive wages. Successful candidates will have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license if driving is involved. Being bilingual is considered a plus but is not mandatory.
