Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No experience required, on-the-job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- Must be able to perform physical cleaning tasks
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Must comply with safety and security regulations
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- One year of similar work experience preferred
- Ability to follow safety and cleaning procedures
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain buildings and facilities following safety protocols
- Use chemical cleaners and power equipment properly to avoid damage to floors and fixtures
- Notify management of repair needs or building system issues
- Maintain effective communication with clients, supervisors, and coworkers
- Comply with all safety, security, and quality standards set by the company and regulatory authorities
- Perform dusting, sweeping, trash removal, and cleaning of furniture, fixtures, walls, floors, and windows
- Conduct seasonal tasks such as raking leaves, cutting grass, and removing snow
