Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words, recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Know how to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Know the American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance and measures such as cups, pints, quarts, gallons, etc
- Required to have a valid driver’s license if driving own vehicle or company vehicle on business time, and proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- Bilingual is a plus, not required

- Knowledge of basic arithmetic including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers and multiplying and dividing with 10's and 100's
- Familiarity with American measures such as money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance, and volume
- Valid driver’s license if driving own vehicle or company vehicle on business time
- Proof of vehicle registration and insurance if applicable
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Perform floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- Maintain surface cleanliness by dusting, sanitizing, and polishing glass, mirrors, windows, metal, and wood
- Remove waste by emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting waste to designated disposal areas
- Conduct light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets or rooms
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures and intervene in risk behaviors
- Follow all company protocols, procedures, policies, and rules
- Take direction and respond effectively to supervision
- Use proper personal protective equipment
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand and utilize reporting systems and contribute to the maintenance of the environment
- Transport small equipment, tools, chairs, and tables and straighten areas such as lobbies and conference rooms
- Assist in cleaning and restocking restrooms and break rooms during between events
- Spot clean upholstered furniture and carpets
- Clean elevators and dust common open spaces
