Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words, recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Know how to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Know American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance and measurements such as cups, pints, quarts, gallons, etc.
- Required to have a valid driver’s license if driving own vehicle or company vehicle on business time, with proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- Bilingual is a plus, not required

Job Duties
- Floor care including vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting
- Surface care involving dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, cleaning blinds and draperies
- Waste removal such as emptying trash and recycle bins, transporting trash and waste to proper disposal areas
- Light maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs, restocking supply cabinet/room
- Complying with safety rules, policies, and procedures, stopping at risk behavior
- Following all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
- Taking direction and responding to supervision
- Using proper personal protective equipment
- Presenting a professional appearance and conduct
- Understanding reporting systems and environment
- Transporting small equipment, tools, chairs, tables, straightening areas such as lobbies and conference rooms
- Picking up trash, recycling, and compost bins and transporting to proper disposal areas
- Light vacuuming, dusting, restocking supplies
- Cleaning drop-in desktops between events
- Assisting janitorial staff with restocking restrooms and break rooms
- Damp mopping floors
- Restroom cleaning
- Glass cleaning
- Restocking and organizing supplies in janitorial closets and storage areas
- Cleaning elevators
- Spot cleaning upholstered furniture and carpets
- Dusting open common spaces
