Job Duties
- Prioritize the needs and experiences of clients and guests ensuring utmost satisfaction through exceptional customer service
- maintain all facilities and property areas immaculate throughout the event reflecting the venue's commitment to excellence
- proactively address and resolve any challenges maintaining the event's smooth flow
- ensure all staff demonstrate professional behavior mirroring the venue's dedication to superior service
- comply rigorously with the standards and expectations set by the Merrimon-Wynne House management
- complete event manager checklists and act as the link between day-of vendors staff and upper management
- assist bar staff during events offering direct support to guests
