Job Duties

Prioritize the needs and experiences of clients and guests ensuring utmost satisfaction through exceptional customer service
maintain all facilities and property areas immaculate throughout the event reflecting the venue's commitment to excellence
proactively address and resolve any challenges maintaining the event's smooth flow
ensure all staff demonstrate professional behavior mirroring the venue's dedication to superior service
comply rigorously with the standards and expectations set by the Merrimon-Wynne House management
complete event manager checklists and act as the link between day-of vendors staff and upper management
assist bar staff during events offering direct support to guests
