Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- moderate physical strength and stamina
- ability to perform manual labor
- experience in cleaning or janitorial work beneficial
- ability to work independently or assist in supervisory capacity
- good communication skills

- Empty trash containers, ashtrays, and recycle receptacles
- police public areas
- dust mop, sweep, wet mop, spray-buff floors
- vacuum rugs and carpets
- scrub and clean restroom fixtures and keep restroom supplied with towels, toilet tissue, soap, and other items
- dust and clean walls, doors, windows, woodwork, and other above-floor surfaces
- dust, clean, and polish furniture
- clean elevators and stairwells
- police areas around outside of building
- keep simple records and make simple reports
- notify supervisor of equipment and facilities needing repair or replacement
- replace accessible light bulbs if required
- perform related work as required and instructed
