This dedication to excellence has cultivated a workplace environment that values teamwork, respect, and continuous opportunity for professional growth. 4M’s culture fosters a supportive atmosphere where each employee is considered a valued and respected member of the team, equipped with the needed tools and training to succeed and thrive in their roles.
The Day Matron/Porter position at 4M Building Solutions offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are energetic, highly motivated, and eager to be part of a winning team. This role is ideal for those seeking part-time employment with a consistent weekday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, along with a competitive hourly pay rate of $17.00. The position does not require prior janitorial experience, as comprehensive training is provided to equip new hires with the company’s proven processes and best practices. The position reports directly to an Account Supervisor or Account Manager, offering clear lines of communication and support. 4M emphasizes safety and compliance, ensuring that all employees wear provided company apparel and personal protective equipment as necessary, adhering to OSHA requirements and social distancing protocols.
Working with 4M means becoming part of a company that not only values its employees but also offers a comprehensive benefits package. Employees enjoy access to medical benefits for those working 30 or more hours per week, along with newly available dental and vision benefits for all team members. Additional perks include paid vacation for full-time employees, a 401k plan with employer match for those averaging 20 or more hours weekly, and daily pay availability, making it easier for team members to manage their finances. Moreover, the company promotes sky’s-the-limit opportunities for growth and advancement, reflecting its commitment to employee success and long-term career pathways.
