The Day Matron/Porter will be responsible for performing light-duty maintenance tasks such as replenishing paper and tissue supplies in restrooms, assisting with moves, inventory management of supplies, and coordinating with meeting set-ups. While some janitorial experience is preferred, 4M provides comprehensive training on proven processes and best practices, making this an accessible role for motivated individuals ready to learn and contribute.
