Job Requirements
- One year of secretarial training or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- minimum one-year reception experience
- medical office experience helpful
- excellent typing skills
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- professional telephone etiquette
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work independently
- compassionate and empathetic attitude for frail older adults

Job Duties
- Provide front desk secretarial support
- greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- manage incoming and outgoing phone calls with professional telephone etiquette
- maintain accurate records and documentation
- support the Center Manager and administrative staff
- interact compassionately with frail elderly individuals
- multitask and manage administrative duties efficiently
