Currently, Guaranteed Cleaning Services is seeking dedicated and dependable individuals to join their team as Day and Night Cleaners/Porters at a private school located in Winston-Salem. These positions are critical to ensuring that the school environment is consistently clean, safe, and conducive to learning and working for students, staff, and visitors alike. The roles cater to both day and evening shifts, offering flexibility for those seeking part-time or full-time employment within a stable and supportive organization.

The Day Porters play a vital role in the daily cleaning and maintenance operations during school hours, with three distinct shifts available to accommodate different scheduling needs: Day Porter 1 (Lead) from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Day Porter 2 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Day Porter 3 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The Night Cleaner position operates from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, focusing on cleaning and sanitizing the school facilities after hours.

The primary responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing classrooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas, as well as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces. Employees are also responsible for emptying trash and recycling bins, restocking restroom and facility supplies, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, and adhering to company cleaning procedures and safety standards. The role requires physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.

The Lead Day Porter position carries additional duties such as supporting daily cleaning operations, guiding and assisting team members, ensuring cleaning standards and quality expectations are met, and communicating with supervisors and school staff regarding facility needs. This leadership role is essential in maintaining the smooth functioning of cleaning tasks and upholding high-quality service within the school environment.
