Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to read and communicate in English
  • work flexible days, nights, and weekends

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience
  • act as an initial point of contact for safety and security
  • greet guests with enthusiasm and perform multiple job functions
  • manage wait times and communicate with guests and staff
  • diffuse difficult guest situations
  • assist in maintaining and restocking entertainment and rental equipment
  • support setup and breakdown of special events
  • ensure guests adhere to house policies
  • maintain favorable working relationships with team members
  • adhere to dress guidelines and maintain professionalism
