Data Center Technician, Global Server Operations

Google's Hardware Operations team is responsible for monitoring the physical infrastructure behind Google's search technology, including server hardware, server software, and networking components. As an Operations Technician, you will install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and server software. You will also work on configuring complex components like networks, routers, hubs, bridges, switches, and networking protocols. The role involves manual movement and installation of racks and participation in project teams for larger installations in a dynamic and cutting-edge computer technology environment.
