AWS encourages a culture of inclusivity, bold ideas, and ownership, empowering managers to lead teams that deliver continuous innovation while maintaining the highest standards for safety and security. This position also involves participation in an on-call rotation schedule and may require travel to or commuting between multiple data center sites as operational needs dictate.

This opportunity comes with a competitive base salary range of $78,400 to $137,300 USD annually, along with sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) plans, paid time off, and parental leave.
