Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
- Proven experience working in a technology or data center environment
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations, preferably in a technology or data center environment
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- Problem-solving mindset with demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and propose automation solutions
Job Duties
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments of critical hardware components, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling of sensitive equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems, conducting regular audits and reconciliations
- Coordinate with external logistics partners, carriers, and vendors to optimize shipping routes and reduce transportation costs
- Develop and implement automation solutions for logistics processes, creating written reports on improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with data center security protocols and chain of custody requirements for all hardware movements
