Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5-7 years of experience in data center or mission-critical construction project management
- 5+ years in construction management, documentation, and professional communication and telecom/network system integration
- Proven ability to lead integration of telecom and network systems in large-scale construction projects
- Proficiency in analyzing project schedules and tracking technical scope
- Excellent documentation and professional communication skills
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office 365 or equivalent enterprise tools

- BICSI- DCDC (Data Center Design Consultant) preferred
- Uptime Institute ATD (Accredited Tier Designer) preferred
- Familiarity with commercial lease agreements and associated construction deliverables
Job Duties
- Oversee the full integration process post base-building completion to ensure data centers are ready for network install and ready for server install
- Lead cross-functional teams including general contractors, lease providers, and internal stakeholders to meet critical project milestones and handoffs
- Manage installation and commissioning of network infrastructure systems including WAN, LAN, and WLAN ensuring compliance with technical specifications and timelines
- Actively promote and enforce a culture of safety on-site, ensuring all work follows established safety protocols
- Conduct daily operations consisting of 45% onsite fieldwork including site walks, progress checks, and safety meetings with field teams, and 55% documentation tasks including checklists, reports, and milestone tracking using enterprise tools
- Engage with internal teams such as Data Center Operations, End-to-End Delivery, Security, Engineering, Site Acquisition, and EHS to drive alignment and project progress
- Track and report on project status, RFIs, constraints, dependencies, and safety compliance providing weekly updates aligned with organizational standards
- Ensure project deadlines are met in line with business and customer needs
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment
