The Enterprise Solutions division at Delta Air Lines is seeking a highly skilled Data and Business Solution Lead to help drive data-informed strategies across the organization, particularly focusing on payment and financial document systems. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between data analytics and business architecture to deliver scalable, process-driven solutions. You will be responsible for leading integrated systems and process design to enhance Delta’s retail payment capabilities and financial documentation processes, ensuring these systems support the airline’s strategic goals effectively and securely.

As a Data and Business Solution Lead, your mission will be to improve data and analytical capabilities, enabling the organization to make smarter business investments and operational decisions based on actionable insights. You will shape future investments by quantifying the value and impact of technology and business initiatives across payment systems. In addition, you will represent payment and financial systems architecture at cross-domain portfolio meetings, driving consensus on architectural decisions and ensuring alignment with broader enterprise systems and processes. Continuous improvement will be central to this role as you work to refine Delta’s analytics tools and business architecture models to support long-term success and innovation.

This role requires expertise in SQL and SAS for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting, as well as hands-on experience creating dashboards and predictive models to translate complex data sets into user-friendly insights. You will need a strong foundation in business system architecture with experience in designing efficient process flows and integrating enterprise systems. Your work will directly impact how Delta manages financial transactions and documents, supporting the company’s commitment to safety, security, and customer care.
