BEST Crowd Management, a division of GardaWorld, is a leading provider of crowd management and guest services for a variety of high-profile events and venues. As a part-time Concierge Team Member at Dallas Stadium, you will join the dynamic and customer-focused Best Crowd Management team. This role is centered on delivering outstanding guest services by warmly welcoming event attendees and assisting them with their needs throughout the event. Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting event attendees with their needs
  • Assist with event set-up including arranging equipment, placing signage, and other assigned tasks
  • Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with venue policies
  • Answer questions and provide information about the event, facilities, and amenities to guests
  • Guide and direct guests to appropriate locations such as seating areas, restrooms, concession stands, and exits
  • Address guest inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with event staff, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth event operations
  • Assist with crowd management to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for attendees
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines maintaining professionalism and service excellence
