Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or related field
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Ability to follow cleaning standards and safety protocols
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Supervise the daily cleaning of all lodge rooms, guest houses and club public areas
  • Prepare weekly schedule for all housekeeping staff and manage PTO requests and coverage
  • Inspect all lodge rooms, guest houses and public areas after cleaning
  • Clean rooms, houses, and public areas as needed
  • Organize and inspect housekeeping storerooms
  • Train employees on cleaning standards and procedures
  • Identify and report maintenance concerns
