Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in housekeeping or related field
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties
Willingness to work flexible hours
Ability to follow cleaning standards and safety protocols
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

Previous housekeeping supervisory experience
Ability to read and speak English
Strong communication skills
Ability to motivate, train and supervise staff
Attention to detail
Skills to handle guest complaints
Ability to work flexible schedules

Job Duties

Supervise the daily cleaning of all lodge rooms, guest houses and club public areas
Prepare weekly schedule for all housekeeping staff and manage PTO requests and coverage
Inspect all lodge rooms, guest houses and public areas after cleaning
Clean rooms, houses, and public areas as needed
Organize and inspect housekeeping storerooms
Train employees on cleaning standards and procedures
Identify and report maintenance concerns
