The role of Restaurant Assistant Manager at the Apex, North Carolina location (Store 2724227Q) is a full-time position requiring availability for both days and evenings. This role is vital in supporting the Restaurant Manager by sharing leadership responsibilities and supervision of the restaurant team, especially in the manager’s absence. The Assistant Manager is charged with upholding Circle K’s brand and operational standards by coaching and mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality regulations, and maintaining an inviting and clean environment for guests. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who motivates their team through clear communication and positivity while maintaining a strong focus on financial performance and guest satisfaction. In addition, this role involves administrative duties such as handling cash and inventory controls, managing paperwork, and ensuring operational metrics and safety standards are consistently met.

As an assistant manager, you will engage in a variety of important tasks from conducting interviews for potential hires to directing daily shift activities and ensuring that all food is prepared according to company guidelines and health department regulations. You will play a pivotal role in cascading essential information and training new products to your team, ensuring that every guest’s experience reflects the high standards expected at Circle K. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant or retail management preferred

Job Duties

  • Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
