We are currently seeking motivated and team-oriented individuals to join us as Crew Members. This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing excellent fan service. As a Crew Member, you will operate under the direction of the General Manager and Shift Supervisors, playing a critical part in delivering a positive and memorable experience to our customers, whom we affectionately call "Fans." Your responsibilities will include greeting Fans with a smile, taking and processing orders efficiently, and preparing and packaging food and drink products according to Dairy Queen standards. You will also ensure that our restaurant remains clean, safe, and welcoming at all times by maintaining the dining area, restrooms, and exterior spaces.

The position demands a strong focus on health and safety, as well as adherence to company policies such as uniform and grooming standards. Crew Members are expected to manage inventory by unloading and stocking items, all while maintaining prompt and regular attendance. Physical abilities such as lifting up to 50 pounds are necessary for this role. Candidates must be at least sixteen years old and comfortable engaging professionally with both Fans and coworkers. Flexibility is key, as this role requires availability to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

While fast-food experience is preferred, we are open to training responsible and dedicated candidates who are eager to learn all aspects of restaurant operations, including working multiple stations.
