This role is for an Assistant Manager position at the Dairy Queen located at 6001 Main St, Grandview, MO 64030. This position offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities, with shifts available during the day and/or evening, providing flexibility for candidates. The Assistant Manager serves a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the restaurant, directly supporting the General Manager in daily management tasks and strategic execution.
The Assistant Manager’s responsibilities are diverse and dynamic, covering all facets of restaurant operations, from financial performance and product production to inventory management and personnel supervision. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment
- ability to work full time or part time with flexible scheduling
- strong communication skills
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to stand for extended periods
