Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Have prior leadership experience
- Have or be willing to obtain required certifications
- Willingness to learn and seek new skills
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Efficient and effective time and resource management
- Act with integrity, pride, and passion
- For Bakery: minimum 1 year baking experience
- For Meat: knowledge of meat cuts and experience with processing tools
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience leading others
- Willingness to obtain required certifications
- Ability to learn and adapt
- Demonstrated history of providing excellent customer service
- Efficient use of time and resources
- Integrity, pride, and passion in work
- For Bakery department: 1 year or more of baking experience
- For Meat department: Knowledge of meat cuts, experience with grinders, saws, and other meat processing tools
Job Duties
- Ensure day-to-day operations and sales of the department run smoothly
- Lead and engage the team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Recognize team members' contributions and support their growth
- Adapt to changes and learn new skills to improve department performance
- Maintain efficient use of time and resources
- Act with integrity, pride, and passion daily
- Oversee specific departmental tasks such as baking or meat processing depending on the department
