This establishment is deeply rooted in community engagement, offering memorable experiences that go beyond baseball through creative menu offerings and excellent customer service. Employment at DABOS Park means joining a team dedicated to upholding these high standards in a dynamic and exciting setting.
The Executive Chef at DABOS Park plays a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all culinary operations throughout the venue. This leadership position demands a visionary culinary expert who can design and execute innovative and creative menus that elevate the ballpark dining experience to a premium level. The Executive Chef will collaborate closely with various departments to create a seamless service flow, solve challenges efficiently on event days, and contribute actively to team development through effective leadership and training. This dynamic environment calls for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality operation and is comfortable adapting to a schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and the baseball season calendar.
