Job Requirements

  • Previous food service experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer and POS knowledge preferred
  • Experience leading and training other servers preferred
  • A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of the team

Job Duties

  • Work in a fun and trusting environment focused on great customer service
  • Welcome and serve each customer courteously, quickly and efficiently with a positive attitude
  • Be knowledgeable of menu items and promote daily specials
  • Process customer transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) register
  • Prioritize work according to kitchen and dining guest needs
  • Maintain equipment according to operating standards
  • Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food
  • Assist in running front of house operations including assigning breaks and server sections
  • Lead and oversee the work of servers and train new hires
  • Assist in managing the servers schedule
  • Build strong communication and rapport with leaders and co-workers
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
