Job Requirements
- Previous food service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic computer and POS knowledge preferred
- Experience leading and training other servers preferred
- A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of the team

Job Duties
- Work in a fun and trusting environment focused on great customer service
- Welcome and serve each customer courteously, quickly and efficiently with a positive attitude
- Be knowledgeable of menu items and promote daily specials
- Process customer transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) register
- Prioritize work according to kitchen and dining guest needs
- Maintain equipment according to operating standards
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food
- Assist in running front of house operations including assigning breaks and server sections
- Lead and oversee the work of servers and train new hires
- Assist in managing the servers schedule
- Build strong communication and rapport with leaders and co-workers
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
