Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED required
  • no industry experience required
  • minimum of 6 months work experience preferred
  • data entry and keyboard experience required
  • proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, phone, fax, photocopier, printer, scanner

Job Duties

  • coordinate documentation for US customs entry on behalf of importers
  • provide impeccable customer service
  • obtain correct classification of goods from databases and references
  • process import documentation for US customs and government agencies
  • maintain shipment documentation compliant with record-keeping requirements
  • adhere to international importing and exporting regulations
  • collaborate with internal staff and external parties to deliver high service levels
