Job Requirements

  • HS diploma or gED required
  • no industry experience required
  • minimum of 6 months work experience preferred
  • data entry and keyboard experience required
  • proficiency in MS Office and Outlook required
  • ability to operate office equipment including phone, fax, photocopier, printer, scanner
  • excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • strong organizational skills

  • ability to handle high volume of work
  • ability to handle time-sensitive work
  • ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • ability to use multiple systems and reference materials
  • must be located close to Aviation Drive facility Indianapolis Indiana
  • must be able to work Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 30 pm

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • operate office equipment including phone, fax, photocopier, printer, and scanner
  • communicate effectively with customers, carriers, brokers, government agencies, internal staff, and management
  • manage and prioritize high volumes of time-sensitive work
  • maintain excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • work independently with minimal supervision
  • collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
