Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Coordinate documentation required by US customs and government agencies for goods entry
  • provide impeccable customer service
  • obtain correct classification of goods for customs release using databases and references
  • perform data entry and process import-related documentation
  • maintain shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements
  • adhere to international importing and exporting regulations
  • collaborate with internal staff, departments, FedEx operations, and customers to deliver high-quality service
  • process agency brokerage shipments
  • handle remote filings as needed
  • ensure adherence to government and organizational policies
  • perform other assigned duties
