Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Four plus years of international freight experience
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
  • Must obtain and maintain a TSA Security Threat Assessment (STA) or recognized equivalent
  • Familiarity with U.S. Customs regulations and HTS classification
  • Strong organizational and research skills
  • Proficiency in standard business and logistics software
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Tracking and monitoring air, ocean, truck, and rail imports
  • Preparing compliant ISF, Customs, and OGA entries
  • Communicating with customs officials, carriers, and clients
  • Managing import documentation, invoicing, and HTS tables
  • Maintaining audit-ready transaction files
  • Participating in compliance and continuing education programs
  • Working full-time in an in-office environment
