Job Requirements
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- must obtain and maintain a TSA Security Threat Assessment (STA) or recognized equivalent
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma with 4+ years of international freight experience
- familiarity with U.S. Customs regulations and HTS classification
- strong organizational and research skills
- proficiency in standard business and logistics software
- clear written and verbal communication skills
- excellent customer service mindset and ability to work independently
Job Duties
- Tracking and monitoring air, ocean, truck, and rail imports
- preparing compliant ISF, Customs, and OGA entries
- communicating with customs officials, carriers, and clients
- managing import documentation, invoicing, and HTS tables
- maintaining audit-ready transaction files
- participating in compliance and continuing education programs
