Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum five years of customs entry processing experience
- Fluency in English both verbal and written
- Experience with domestic and international transportation
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
- Availability during core work hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, with some flexibility
- Capable of occasional evening and weekend work as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, 2 years of college preferred
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Minimum of five years Customs entry processing experience
- Domestic and international transportation experience
- Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word-Intermediate/Advanced level
- Strong knowledge of Customs regulations
- Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented managing data, documentation and inventory

Job Duties
- Receives and reviews documentation required to process merchandise through Customs
- Prepares entry forms (CF7501 Entry Summary and CF3461 Entry) via ABI system, to import goods and secure release from Customs
- Ensures all documents are accurate and/or approved by Customs as required by regulations and policy
- Updates required documents, reports, and information in systems
- Obtains warehouse booking confirmation and ensures merchandise availability and proper accounting
- Resolves discrepancies during the receiving process and escalates unresolved exceptions
- Prepares required documentation for reporting discrepancies to Customs including timely payment of duties and taxes
