Job Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws and regulations, and other government departments
- Basic computer skills
- Basic understanding of HS system
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Job Duties
- Preparation of customs entries and follow-up with the clearance process on all entries prepared
- Communicate documentation discrepancies to client
- Daily follow up on documentation discrepancy issues which requires the ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers
- Audit commercial documents for accuracy
- Apply harmonized tariff schedule codes for accurate duty assessments
- Ensure all federal requirements for customs documentation are met
- Handle general office and data entry tasks
