Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, economics, or related field preferred
  • 6+ years experience in customs brokerage
  • Strong understanding of US customs laws, regulations, and requirements
  • Proven ability to lead and train teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to relocate to Cincinnati, Ohio
  • Willingness to undergo minimum 2 years of training and development at TQL HQ

Job Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience in customs brokerage
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, economics, or related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of US customs laws, regulations, and requirements
  • Proven results contributing directly to the growth of a customs brokerage business
  • Track record of leading, training, and coaching others

Job Duties

  • Become the face of the customs team across the organization
  • Engage with leadership to grow the customs team customer base
  • Lead a targeted customs team nationwide to review and resolve compliance issues
  • Train new entry writers on operations, compliance, and systems
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries and ensure issue resolution
  • Oversee customs brokerage services delivery to TQL Global customers
  • Develop and enhance customs brokerage policies and procedures
