Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Classify import/export shipments to ensure compliance with government regulations
- Calculate applicable duties, tariffs, price conversions, and assess the weight and volume of imported or exported goods
- Handle requests for extensions, expirations, cancellations, and government entries efficiently
- Review invoices, bills of lading, and shipping documents to confirm adherence to federal regulations
- Maintain communication with both origin and destination points regarding shipment updates and special delivery processes
- Apply for necessary Import/Export permits and certificates of eligibility
- Collaborate with the Department of Foreign Affairs, providing necessary information
- Generate daily invoices to ensure accurate accounts
- Meet Key Performance Indicators related to entry accuracy and filing timely submissions
