The company fosters a collaborative work environment that promotes growth, learning, and excellence in service. The culture values attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork, which are essential qualities given the highly dynamic nature of the freight forwarding and customs brokerage fields.
We are currently seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Customs Brokerage Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth processing of customs brokerage activities for both air and ocean shipments. The coordinator will be responsible for data entry and preparation of import documentation required by U.S. Customs and Participating Government Agencies (PGAs). Alba Wheels Up looks for professionals who are both team players and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customs brokerage, drawback processing, and familiarity with import business practices will be highly valued.
