Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • knowledge of import/export laws and government regulations
  • experience in logistics or supply chain coordination
  • proficiency in contract review
  • strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in international business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
  • strong understanding of import/export regulations and compliance requirements
  • experience with contract review and documentation

  • ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

  • proficiency in relevant software and systems

Job Duties

  • Ensure legal compliance with import and export regulations
  • provide import/export administration and control within government rules
  • secure appropriate licensing for shipments
  • review contracts for required clauses and identify omissions
  • interface with internal and external customers, foreign order administration, freight forwarders, customs officers, and other stakeholders
  • coordinate and manage the logistics of shipments
  • select carriers and forwarders for product shipments
  • prepare documentation for freight forwarders
