The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Overnights role at Uline is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing legendary customer service. Scheduled Friday through Tuesday from 9 PM to 5:30 AM with a shift differential of $4, this role combines the benefits of overnight hours with significant earning potential, offering a pay range from $30 to $35 per hour. The position begins with a comprehensive training program conducted during the day, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, lasting approximately six to seven months to ensure a strong foundation in product knowledge and customer service skills.

In this role, the specialist is responsible for managing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology. They become product and solutions experts, equipped to answer complex questions related to product features, pricing, and shipping confidently and efficiently. They build lasting business relationships through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat, tailoring their service to meet the unique needs of each customer. The specialist assists customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering system, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency in verbal and written forms
