The role of a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at Uline’s California branch in Ontario, CA, offers a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced and customer-focused team. In the role of Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility is to deliver legendary customer service that delights and retains clients. Working with advanced technology, you will process customer orders, provide expert product recommendations, and handle inquiries regarding accounts effectively. Being bilingual in English and Spanish, you will communicate fluently both verbally and in writing across phone, email, and chat channels, helping customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering system with ease. This role requires creating strong business relationships by understanding and addressing customer needs with tailored solutions from Uline’s extensive product offerings.
