The role of a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at Uline’s California branch in Ontario, CA, offers a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced and customer-focused team. This position pays between $28 to $33 per hour and includes a $2 shift differential, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding dedication and hard work. The schedule consists of full-time hours from 12:30 PM to 9 PM, covering four weekdays and one weekend day, providing a balanced yet engaging work week.

In the role of Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility is to deliver legendary customer service that delights and retains clients. Working with advanced technology, you will process customer orders, provide expert product recommendations, and handle inquiries regarding accounts effectively. Being bilingual in English and Spanish, you will communicate fluently both verbally and in writing across phone, email, and chat channels, helping customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering system with ease.
