As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at Uline, you will become an integral part of the customer experience team, responsible for providing fast, friendly, and attentive service to Uline’s valued customers. This role demands proficiency in both English and Spanish, ensuring you can effectively communicate with a broad customer base. Your primary objective will be to delve into order specifics, assist customers with product recommendations, and resolve account inquiries utilizing sophisticated technology. Uline provides thorough in-depth training to sharpen your communication and problem-solving skills, preparing you to become a product and solutions expert who can confidently address questions related to pricing, shipping, and product details. The role’s full-time schedule is 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, encompassing four weekdays and one weekend day, providing a structured yet engaging work routine. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • bilingual in English and Spanish, fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • strong listening and communication skills
  • prior customer service experience a plus
  • willingness to learn and be trained
  • ability to work full-time hours from 12:30 PM to 9 PM, four weekdays and one weekend day
  • pass a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • able to work onsite
