Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- bilingual in English and Spanish, fluent in both verbal and written forms
- excellent problem-solving skills
- strong listening and communication skills
- prior customer service experience a plus
- willingness to learn and be trained
- ability to work full-time hours from 12:30 PM to 9 PM, four weekdays and one weekend day
- pass a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- able to work onsite
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- process customer orders using world-class technology
- make product recommendations
- handle account inquiries
- become a product and solutions expert to answer product, pricing and shipping questions
- build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat
- understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions
- help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering
