The work schedule includes a set shift from 12:30 PM to 9 PM, across four weekdays and one weekend day, providing a structured yet dynamic workweek. Employees enjoy pay ranging from $28 to $33 per hour, which includes a $2 shift differential, alongside significant growth and earning potential.

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, your primary mission is to deliver the legendary service that Uline’s customers trust and appreciate. The role requires managing customer orders, providing insightful product recommendations, and addressing account inquiries through world-class technology platforms. You will become a product and solutions expert, equipped with comprehensive training to confidently answer questions related to products, pricing, and shipping details.

This role emphasizes building strong business relationships through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
